lately i've really taken an interest in making my own clothes. in my head i'm really good - i just need to actually make something now :) i've started a dress and have the bottom half done, but cannot manage to get the top. it's more difficult to pin a top for yourself than you might think! i really wanted one of these Singer Dress Forms
but from what i've read - if you don't have boobs and have a pretty small midsection the form isn't too helpful. so...my other alternative?!?!? A DUCT TAPE DRESS FORM!
now i just need to convince someone that spending a couple hours wrapping me in duct tape sounds like a great way to spend an evening :) any takers?
You know if you have no takers your mother will always do it for you :-)
