after everything that happened last wednesday at softball, we had a few hesitant to continue and others wanting more than anything to win a game. going into our double header last night we had a 0-5 record. As usual we did pretty horrible on our first game - not sure the final score but it was something like 18 to 4. seems that we just couldn't come together as a team. then we moved over to the same field/dugout we played on last week. the team started out really strong, we gave up a few runs that we shouldn't have late in the game, but all in all it was a great game and we played like a team for the first time all season - AND WE WON! it was awesome. i think the final score was 19 to 10 so it wasn't even like we just barely squeaked by! i'm pretty impressed/proud of our team. i am sad mark wasn't there to see it because he wanted so badly for us to win - this one's for you Bon Jovi!!!!
